This year the Eight Seasons exhibition will be on display at the Forestry Museum in Lycksele - an object and picture narrative on the life and history of the Sami people.

The name of the exhibition refers to the Sami traditionally having divided the year into eight seasons in order to describe the seasonal changes.

At last, it will be time for all of you who have been longing for Lycksele Zoo to open its gates for the season!

On Saturday, May 22 at 10.00, you just join the queue in order to experience a family day with a whole lot of entertainment.

It is the SKAF (the Swedish Municipal Workers' Union), celebrating its 100-year jubilee. There will be performances by e.g. "Smultron och Sång" (Wood Strawberries & Song), and you must not miss the Choir Battle - Team Pontare! There will also be acrobatics with Niklas Johnsson and other exciting events.

Don't forget to pay a visit to all the animals and especially the playful bear cubs on Bear Hill.

Saturday, June 19, will be Zoo Day, and then Zillah & Totte will entertain from the main stage at 14.00 .
