Lycksele Zoo is the northernmost zoo in Sweden and specialized on Nordic animals. It was founded in 1959 by Holger Lithner. It all started with a small collection of animals at the Old Site and was moved to Hilll Brännberget in 1966, where it has developed into the largest tourist attraction in northern Sweden.

This year the Zoo celebrates its 50-year jubilee!

Arrangements:
Lycksele Zoo can offer great opportunities for those who would like to find something out of the ordinary for a kick-off or public relations function, a staff party or a family day. We can handle everything from groups of 10 persons to 7 000. Many of the arrangements will function excellently when the Zoo is open to the public, or maybe you would like to book the Zoo for an exclusive evening.

We can arrange everything from drinks and snacks, meals, guided round trips, "pentathlon" or an exotic experience among our Nordic animals.
